    Construction Project Manager

    Overview
    We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. This role works closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage construction projects through all phases, from planning and scheduling to completion

    • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders

    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

    • Review project drawings, specifications, and scope requirements

    • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements

    • Track project progress and address issues that impact schedule or cost

    • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and project stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience managing construction projects

    • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project coordination

    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    • Experience working with contractors and cross-functional project teams

    Preferred

    • Experience with commercial or industrial construction projects

    • Familiarity with project management or scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera)
