Our client in Reston, VA is looking for a Project Manager experienced in Retail and Restaurants projects.
Job Duties:
Manage construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Track progress using software (Procore, Raken, Primavera) and address issues or risks
Conduct site visits to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes and specifications
Monitor timelines and costs to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget goals.
Travel locally around the area to conduct site visits
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction project management in the retail and restaurant industries, with a focus on project coordination, budgeting, and scheduling.
- In-depth knowledge of construction management software, including Pro Core, Primavera, and Raken.
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and designs.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Do you know how to prepare construction schedule with milestones?
- Do you have an experience in ground up construction?
- Do you have an experience in restaurant and retail construction?
- Can you manage multiple projects?
