Job Details

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting strategic growth by providing overall project leadership and ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact with clients to assess project scope and required resources
Prepare complete and accurate project estimates, including review of specifications, drawings, takeoffs, and contracts
Oversee total construction efforts to ensure projects are delivered according to design, budget, and schedule
Coordinate with clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site functions such as scheduling, engineering, and material control
Provide leadership and oversight to superintendents and subcontractors as required
Offer technical guidance, interpret drawings, recommend construction methods and equipment, and manage change orders
Ensure productivity, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual compliance
Prepare monthly project status reports, including cost forecasts and progress updates
Lead pre-construction efforts when assigned, providing guidance and direction to the team
Maintain organized and accurate project documentation
Manage administrative responsibilities including contracts, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence
Maintain responsibility for overall project profitability
Prepare and coordinate all required project closeout documentation
Partner closely with site leadership to coordinate daily trade activities
Perform other duties as assigned
