ServiceMaster Restore is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects following water, fire, and other property damage.

- Review subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing.
- Identify cost overruns and take corrective action.
- Manage change orders and insurance supplements.
- Review subcontractor and vendor invoices.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and financial information.
- Resolve customer and jobsite issues.
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards.
- Drive projects through completion, billing, collection, and closeout.
- Develop strong relationships with subcontractors and trade partners.

Candidates may come from restoration, remodeling, general contracting, homebuilding, roofing, commercial construction, multifamily, or specialty contracting.

Our ideal candidate:

- Communicates proactively and follows through.
- Can make decisions independently.
- Takes responsibility for results.
