Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description We are seeking a Project Manager (Owner's Representative) to join our Anchorage-based team, responsible for delivering vertical construction projects across Alaska. This role requires managing projects from inception to completion while working closely with senior leadership in a dynamic and high-performing team environment. This position offers an opportunity for hands-on project management and the potential to grow into a leadership role within a unique and technically challenging construction market. Responsibilities + Manage the full lifecycle of vertical construction projects, from planning through closeout. + Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. + Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders. + Facilitate project meetings and maintain documentation and reporting. + Review contractor progress, RFIs/submittals, pay applications, and change orders. + Coordinate with owners, design teams, contractors, and vendors. + Act as the day-to-day client contact for assigned projects. + Build and maintain strong client relationships. + Support senior leaders in client communications and issue resolution. + Collaborate with a team of approximately 20 project managers in the Anchorage office. + Partner with senior project managers and the Area Leader on complex initiatives. + Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented delivery environment. + Maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and reporting. + Ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulations. Essential Skills + 4-8+ years of project management experience in construction. + Strong experience supporting vertical construction projects (commercial, institutional, healthcare, etc.) between $1-5M in scope. + Project experience in Alaska is required. + Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget. + Strong communication and coordination skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Alaska Native projects is highly preferred. Work Environment The position is based onsite at the Anchorage office and is highly preferred. However, candidates in Seattle with 5+ years of experience with Alaska projects may work remotely, with periodic travel to Alaska required. The role offers remote work flexibility, supporting unique projects in underserved areas of Alaska and providing valuable support and infrastructure. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $101000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
