Construction Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• On-Site leadership: Directing all phases of new pool construction and renovations at municipal, commercial and residential sites.
• Quality Control: Inspecting work progress in a hands-on manner to ensure project specifications are being met.
• Project Efficiency: Ensuring timely completion of projects with a focus on precision and a “low threshold for mistakes”.
• Supervision: Managing multiple projects, employees and subcontractors simultaneously.

Core Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5+ years in construction related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in masonry and concrete work, as well as general plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Blueprint Literacy: Ability to interpret drawings to determine project requirements and planning phases.
• Physicality: Must be physically capable of performing tasks consistent with a construction site environment.
• Licensing: A valid Driver’s License is required (a CDL is a significant plus).
