We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position, offering the opportunity to be involved in a variety of large-scale DSA construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.

Responsibilities

As a Construction Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Planning and overseeing all aspects of the DSA construction project, from start to finish.
2. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
3. Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables.
4. Communicating with clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
5. Selecting appropriate construction methods and strategies.
6. Reporting on work progress and budget matters to clients.
7. Collaborating with construction workers and subcontractors.
8. Ensuring safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
9. Identifying potential construction risks and developing mitigation strategies.
10. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Construction Project Manager role will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management SPECIFICALLY on DSA projects.
2. Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
3. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
4. Familiarity with construction/ project management software.
5. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
7. A team player with leadership abilities.
8. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
9. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
