Job Details
- Lead all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction planning through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project schedules, budgets, cost controls, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and client billings
- Oversee project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Project Administrators while fostering collaboration and accountability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related construction field
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong estimating, budgeting, cost analysis, scheduling, and contract administration skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project scheduling software (MS Project and/or Primavera), estimating software, and construction management tools
