Commercial Project ManagerOur client is a commercial project manager with a robust portfolio of retail construction projects. This person would report oversee a key segment of their retail and industrial portfolio. This person would run $5M-$7M in tenant improvements annually, and would have a direct line to leadership, ownership of all negotiated projects, and a projected annual bonus between $15K-$25K. They also offer WFH flexibility and 100% coverage of health insurance premiums.
