We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Lead Project Manager, this role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale industrial storage installations from inception to completion.
Please Note: This position requires dedicated, hands-on project management experience specifically within the construction, structural installation, or material handling industries. The ideal candidate must possess strong commercial construction literacy, including blueprint proficiency, safety compliance, and vendor management.
Project Execution: Lead the coordination of internal resources, field crews, and third-party commercial construction vendors to achieve flawless project execution.
Blueprint Analysis: Analyze complex project blueprints, architectural drawings, and engineering layouts to develop comprehensive material lists and structural requirements.
Logistics & Scheduling: Manage and schedule material delivery and heavy equipment installation, ensuring smooth logistics, site readiness, and strict adherence to project timelines.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients, general contractors, site managers, and sales teams.
Planning & Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers to develop detailed project scopes, work schedules, and structural risk-mitigation strategies.
Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all field installations meet stringent quality standards, local building codes, and client expectations.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, change orders, compliance permits, and quality assurance logs.
5+ Years of Project Management / Coordination Experience specifically within the commercial construction, structural installation, or industrial contracting fields.
5+ Years of Direct Industry-Specific Experience involving the installation, teardown, and configuration of Pallet Racking & Industrial Warehouse Systems.
Proven ability to read and accurately interpret construction blueprints, structural drawings, and engineering layouts.
Proficiency in project tracking utilizing dedicated Project Management Software.
Exceptional time management skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high sense of urgency.
5+ Years of experience or working knowledge of AutoCAD and preliminary structural engineering concepts.
Proficiency with QuickBooks software.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year (Commensurate with experience)
