Coordinate, develop, manage, and implement all the tasks necessary to construct the project on time, within budget, and to the quality specified. The specific duties include: (1) Work directly with the assistant project managers, project executives, and Executive VP of Construction to provide technical expertise regarding cost estimates, negotiate contracts, changeorders, and establish project objectives; (2) Provide mentorship and leadership in project and serve as liaison between project team and the community; (3) Supervise project executionplans and resource-loaded scheduling to ensure each project remains within established specifications, timelines and budget; (4) Perform and supervise site visits including audits, reviewof safety procedures, customer meetings and process updates to manage and meet customer and project budget expectations; (5) Provide/monitor continual client updates and reporting to ensure all customer expectations and business goals are achieved; (6) Supervise and direct all aspects of the project from mobilization through completion, and review/approve schedule and cost reports; (7) Oversee customer deliverable as per the contract (invoices, reports, local content reporting, etc.); and (8) Collaborate with Sr. Project Managers and Contract Managers to coordinate supply chain and monitor/manage potential issues or concerns.
