Construction - Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This individual will be an integral part of a team and should have a variety of construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• To manage multiple projects (depending on size) and these projects will include management and oversight of multiple stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.
• Oversees all aspects of the project including the contract, performance, billings, budgeting, scheduling, initiation, procurement, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases of the project.
• Oversee and prepare accurate project documentation for all phases of the project.
• Lead and mentor additional KADCON staff assigned to support their projects (Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, etc.).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, or associate degree, in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) or related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with the following software applications (at a minimum): MS Office and MS Project, P6 is a plus.
