Construction Project Manager
Base Salary up to $60,000 - $75,000 + commission
The Project Manager is responsible for successfully leading and managing all reconstruction projects to completion, on time and on budget.

Project & Site Management
  • Project Oversight: Delegate and manage reconstruction projects from start to finish.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate vendors, sub-contractors, and on-site Foremen for repairs.
  • Procurement: Order construction materials and approve purchase orders.
  • Safety & Quality: Monitor job sites for safety violations, quality control, and training moments. [1, 2]
Team Leadership & Hiring
  • Staff Development: Train, coach, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Recruitment: Find, hire, and onboard new talent using specific skill rubrics.
  • Reviews: Conduct formal 90-day, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.
Financial Accountability
  • Budgeting: Align project estimates with financial expectations and exceed budget goals.
  • Receivables: Collect outstanding accounts receivable and assist in collections.
Stakeholder Communication
  • Customer Service: Provide frequent status updates and resolve customer service complaints.
  • Insurance Liaison: Communicate, negotiate, and resolve conflicts with insurance carriers and property owners.
  • Internal Reporting: Deliver weekly updates on all active projects.
Corporate Compliance
  • On-Call Duties: Participate in weekly manager on-call rotations for emergency services.

  • Professional Growth: Attend industry-related trainings and association events.
Education and Experience: 
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years of experience in a Management or Leadership role within the Restoration/Construction industry
  • Experience in construction and construction management/supervision
Preferred
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree 
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment  
The employee will be working indoors and outdoors. The employee will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.  

Travel   
This position will require up to 25% local travel to jobs sites, trainings, and company events (as needed).
