Job Details

5+ years of construction project management experience.
Ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or similar commercial construction experience.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Current OSHA 10 Certification required.
Experience with project estimating and scheduling.
Strong understanding of contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
Solid knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience with construction/project management software.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
