The Construction Senior Project Manager, acting as the Owner's Representative, is directly responsible for the successful completion of construction projects, with a heavy emphasis on healthcare construction, within the established project budget and schedule. The Sr. PM's responsibility for the project starts during the planning/design phase, through bidding/award/construction/closeout phase, and into the warranty period with a successful transition to maintenance/operations. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.
Bachelor's Degree Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or Relevant field
Ten (10) plus years of related experience in facilities planning, construction maintenance management, finance, & operations involving Medical Healthcare institutional/commercial projects.
Must have experience in managing healthcare projects ranging from $10-$30M.
Proficiency using Procore or similar, MS Project, and other Microsoft products.
