We are looking for an Individual who can:
Troubleshoot problems at rental properties
Has the experience and the skills to work with a team renovating kitchens, bathrooms, painting and installing floors.
Can work independently as well as on a team
Can be on call 2 weeks per month - on call rate $30/hour
We are looking for an individual that has the following skills:
Is a GREAT team player and lives by the mantra respect for the individual
Has great customer service skills
Must have own tools and willing to use them
Must have own vehicle
Must have a clean driving record - there may be access to a company vehicle
