Integrity ~ Precision ~ Growth ~ Driven ~ Relationships POSITION SUMMARY: The Construction Punch Manager is responsible for leading the punch and project closeout process from substantial completion through final turnover. This role ensures all work meets Elmington's quality standards, coordinates punch activities across trades, manages a dedicated punch crew, and drives timely completion of outstanding items. The Punch Manager serves as a flexible field resource and may be assigned to projects requiring additional support during punch, closeout, quality control, staffing transitions, or other critical project phases. This individual partners with project teams providing hands-on leadership and operational support wherever needed to drive successful project completion. Success in this role is measured by the timely completion of punch and closeout activities, turnover milestones, adherence to Elmington quality standards, and effective deployment of punch resources across the portfolio.
