The Construction Quality Control (CQC) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the project Quality Control (QC) program. This position ensures compliance with contract documents, government regulations, and company standards. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) construction requirements and EM 385-1-1 standards, with demonstrated experience in hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainable construction practices.
