We're searching for a dynamic professional ready to wear three critical hats - Construction Quality Control Manager (QCM), Superintendent, and Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) - in a role designed for leaders who thrive in complexity, take pride in precision, and excel at driving projects forward. This "triple‑hat" position is central to field operations, combining quality oversight, site management, and safety leadership into one high‑impact role.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The majority of the work is performed in both indoor and outdoor settings, involving interaction with individuals of diverse functions, personalities, and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: An individual will be required to perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and repeat motions.
Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 15 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects is required. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small defects or small parts, operation of machines (including inspection), using measurement devices, and/or assembly or fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary range for this position is $125,000-$145,000 per year.
The pay range and total target compensation package listed above the expected starting pay for this role. While actual compensation will dependent factors such as location, relevant experience, skillset, and internal equity, we commonly hire at or near the midnight of the range. We are committed to fair, unbiased compensation practices and competitive benefits in all locations we operate.
