FBT Gibbons supports our attorneys with structured training and mentorship, clear paths to advancement, and a platform that provides exposure to varied and sophisticated matters.Qualifications5–10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice GroupAbility to draft, review, and negotiate complex construction and construction‑related contracts across all project delivery methods (design‑bid‑build, design‑build, CM‑at‑risk, EPC) for various building typesExperience advising clients on risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycleFamiliarity with professional services agreements and industry‑standard contract forms (AIA, ConsensusDocs)Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skillsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a teamCompensationThe salary ranges for this role reflects a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs.
