Construction/Roofing Administrative Assistant

Our client, a dynamic organization dedicated to providing exceptional administrative support, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the support staff, assisting various departments and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. MUST HAVE SUPERIOR LETTER WRITING SKILLS and a background in roofing and construction preferably.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Wappingers Falls, NY

Pay Range: $22.00/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
(With occasional early start at 8:00am during coverage for vacations)
 

What's the Job?

• Providing high-level administrative support by answering phones and handling information requests
• Preparing correspondence, reports, and PowerPoint presentations
• Maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and cloud storage systems
• Supporting other departments with related administrative tasks
• Scheduling meetings and arranging conference calls to ensure efficient communication

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and other Office applications
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Efficient computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, and clearly speak in English to respond to client inquiries in a pleasant manner
