About the Job:
Become a part of a team of professionals at Environmental and Safety Solutions Inc! We are quality-driven, customer-focused, and committed to delivering excellence to our clients. We have a large construction company looking for a Construction Safety Associate in New Albany, OH!
Summary:
- Maintain a strong field presence (90%+ of time) to monitor job site safety conditions and behaviors
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions in real time
- Partner with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to promote a proactive safety culture
- Lead and participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and pre-task planning sessions
Requirements:
- OSHA 510 Preferred or additional experience.
- Local to the project preferred, there is per diem available if not local.
- 5 to 7 years of construction safety management experience.
- Ability to start this project as soon as possible.
- Must have excellent writing and computer skills.
- Great communication - written & verbal.
