Construction Safety Coordinator

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Construction Safety Coordinator to join their client's team. This role involves overseeing and ensuring compliance with safety regulations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and policies on construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop site-specific safety plans.
• Provide safety training and guidance to construction workers and staff.
• Investigate accidents or incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
• Ensure all safety equipment and gear are in good working condition.
• Stay updated on industry safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction safety coordination or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective measures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certification in safety management or relevant field is preferred.
