  • Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, personnel records, and safety documentation.
  • Lead and support incident investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Conduct regular site inspections focused on electrical safety, steel erection, heavy civil construction equipment, and other high‑risk activities.
  • Help build and sustain a strong collaborative and learning culture across site teams, promoting open communication and continuous improvement in safety and production.
  • Collaborate closely with commissioning teams to ensure safe and compliant commissioning activities in data center environments.
  • Use knowledge of machines, tools, and construction equipment to ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety compliance.
  • Apply design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models to support safe and efficient construction execution.

Essential Skills

  • Proven ability to supervise and coordinate production and operating workers in a construction setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey safety expectations and production requirements.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills, especially in identifying and mitigating safety and production issues.
  • Ability to work independently, manage one's time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control techniques used to maximize effective construction and delivery of work.
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance within a construction context.
  • Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
  • Demonstrated collaboration and team‑building skills, with the ability to foster a cooperative and learning‑oriented culture on site.
