Job Description
The Safety Manager will:
- Develop and implement safety programs tailored to construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide safety training and guidance to employees and contractors.
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers to address safety concerns effectively.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement preventive measures.
- Stay updated on OSHA regulations and industry safety standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Safety Manager should have:
- Experience with safety management in the construction industry, particularly in healthcare, labs, or higher education projects.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to promote safety practices effectively.
- Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate safety measures.
