TSMC Arizona is looking for a Construction Safety Manager to join our F21 FAB project located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. The Construction Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations on construction projects. This role involves mentoring Safety Managers, coordinating subcontractor safety planning, reviewing safety documentation, and conducting site evaluations to ensure safe working environments. The Construction Safety Manager will monitor subcontractor practices, investigate incidents, and ensure proper employee training. Additionally, the role requires regular site audits and inspections to proactively identify and address safety concerns, promoting a culture of safety across all operations.
