Description

  • Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety programs in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Lead safety training, toolbox talks, and orientation sessions for workers and subcontractors.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with project managers and field teams to promote a culture of safety and ensure safe work practices throughout all phases of construction.

Profile

  • Proven experience managing construction site safety on large-scale ground-up projects, with a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to identify hazards early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing crews, subcontractors, and management to prioritize safety.
  • Demonstrated success in conducting training sessions, incident investigations, and maintaining accurate safety documentation.
