We're a high-end construction firm with over 20 years of experience in Rhode Island, specializing in custom design-build remodeling, full-home renovations, additions, and commercial projects with projects ranging from low six figures to seven figures.

We're expanding our sales team and seeking a construction-savvy sales professional who builds their own pipeline, sells based on service and craftsmanship, and fosters long-term client relationships.

The role involves developing new business through architect relationships, past clients, and networking, conducting discovery meetings, presenting scopes and budgets, and managing client relationships throughout construction. It emphasizes business development, technical knowledge, and consultative selling.

Compensation includes a base salary, uncapped commissions, bonuses for self-generated deals, and performance accelerators, with an OTE up to $150K+.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of construction sales experience, a proven pipeline, technical skills, and a focus on service-based selling. Success is measured by close rate, estimate accuracy, client satisfaction, and referrals.
