The Construction Sales Manager (CSM) reports to the Area Sales Director and has a set territory of customers within a geographic area. The CSM is responsible for all account management and revenue targets within their assigned customers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive territory sales performance by managing distributor and end-user relationships in the Construction Sector.
- Execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth goals.
- Expand footprint in core PPE categories aligned to construction.
- Be an expert on the competitive landscape.
- Identify product gaps and opportunities for new products across all product lines related to Construction.
- Support new product launches.
- Effectively utilizes the CRM to manage their territory.
- Partner closely with Product Sales Managers on key conversions.
- Adhere to and manage administration of the Company's business policies.
- Communicate field insights to Marketing and Product Teams.
CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
- BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales
- Experience in managing activities to meet objectives and goals.
- Capable of independent work and building strong relationships.
- Good oral and written skills with ability to communicate to all organizational levels.
