Construction Sales/ Project Manager
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Job Summary
At CPI Construction, we’re looking for a driven professional who understands the construction industry and is ready to take on a role that blends business development, client relationships, and project oversight. In this position, you’ll help bring projects to life from start to finish—building strong client connections, generating new opportunities, making sure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and done right.
What you’ll do:
- Generate and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build lasting relationships with clients and partners
- Oversee projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with our construction team on scope and feasibility
- Present proposals and communicate value clearly
- Keep projects running smoothly and clients informed every step of the way
What we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Clear communication and strong people skills
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Construction: 2 years (Required)
