Construction Sales Representative

What You'll Do

• Generate and close residential/commercial roofing sales through a mix of [door-knocking, storm response, referrals, inbound leads — adjust to your model]
• Walk homeowners through inspections, insurance claims, and material options
• Build and manage your own pipeline from first contact to collecting the final check

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience — roofing or construction sales strongly preferred, but any results-driven sales background will be considered
• A hunter's mentality: self-motivated, comfortable prospecting, resilient after "no"
• Strong communication skills — you can earn trust fast, face-to-face
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bonus: familiarity with insurance claims or estimating software
