Previous experience in construction sales, estimating, or business development.
- Experience with commercial construction projects preferred.
- Comfortable reviewing project information and preparing large proposals and estimates.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Knowledge of the Phoenix construction market is a plus.
