Position: Construction Sales Trainee
We need energetic, money motivated individuals who are ready to knock doors, generate leads, and grow into a high-earning roofing sales role.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience
- Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing neighborhoods
- Comfortable climbing a ladder and performing inspections
Responsibilities:
- Canvass storm damaged neighborhoods and identify homes with storm damaged roofing
- Perform roof inspections
- Educate homeowners with insurance restoration and complete necessary paperwork
Compensation:
- Earn $150,000 to $250,000 per year (Top reps can earn from $450K-$900K per year)
