Job Details

Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6
Coordinate daily and weekly scheduling activities with field teams and subcontractors
Track project progress, identify schedule variances, and support reporting efforts
Help monitor labor, equipment, and material usage to align with project timelines

Requirements
3–5 years of construction scheduling or project coordination experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Interest in developing expertise in CPM scheduling and large-scale construction projects
