    Description

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Schedule Development & Maintenance: Develop, update, and maintain detailed, resource-loaded project schedules (baseline, target, and actual).
    • Progress Tracking & Reporting: Monitor daily or weekly progress, update schedules with actual performance data, and produce progress reports for stakeholders.
    • Critical Path Analysis (CPM): Analyze the schedule to identify the critical path, bottlenecks, and potential risks, providing recommendations to mitigate delays.
    • Resource & Cost Management: Allocate and optimize project resources (labor, equipment, materials) to ensure efficiency.
    • Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and project controls teams to collect data and ensure project alignment.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6.
    • Experience: Previous experience in project controls, construction scheduling, or a related engineering/technical field.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data, understand logic, and identify risks.
    • Education: A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is often preferred, but project experience is highly valued.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting on schedule status
