Your Opportunity

You will serve as the Owners/Clients senior scheduling expert on complex, high‑value capital construction projects. Operating primarily on‑site in Cincinnati across multiple active construction locations and the clients permanent office, you will provide independent oversight, deep schedule analysis, and strategic guidance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly autonomous environment, is confident engaging directly with contractors and client leadership, and brings advanced mastery of Primavera P6 and Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed technical reviews of contractor-developed baseline schedules.
  • Evaluate logic ties, sequencing, constraints, float integrity, and critical path validity.
  • Assess schedule realism, constructability, and compliance with contract requirements.
  • Review and validate monthly schedule updates and analyze variances.
  • Monitor critical and near‑critical paths to identify emerging delay risks.
  • Review Time Impact Analyses (TIA) and evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) requests.
  • Perform forensic schedule analysis when required.
