Job Description
Develop, review, and maintain baseline schedules from preconstruction through project completion. Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to drive schedule updates, forecasting, and look-ahead planning. Analyze critical path activities, identify schedule risks, and implement recovery strategies. Standardize scheduling procedures, templates, KPIs, and reporting across active projects. Provide portfolio-level schedule visibility, executive reporting, and scheduling best-practice training. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of construction scheduling experience with a commercial general contractor. Strong experience with complex commercial construction projects. Proficiency with Primavera P6; Microsoft Project experience is also valued. Expertise in critical path methodology, procurement planning, and construction sequencing. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across field and office teams.

- Annual salary between USD 115,000 and USD 135,000.
