Known for its commitment to quality, integrity, and client service, the company specializes in education, civic, healthcare, correctional, light industrial, and commercial projects.Job DescriptionLead commercial and public construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutManage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performanceMentor and support a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project ManagersCoordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsOversee project procurement, buyout, and subcontract administrationManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationParticipate in preconstruction and design-build planning effortsFoster strong client relationships and support repeat business opportunitiesIdentify and mitigate project risksEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetThe Successful Applicant7+ years of Project Management experience within commercial constructionProven leadership experience managing complex construction projectsExperience mentoring or developing junior project management staffStrong background in education, civic, municipal, or athletic facilities preferredDesign-build project experience strongly preferredExperience with projects ranging from approximately $1M to $40MStrong financial management and forecasting abilitiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsDeep understanding of construction operations, contracts, and project controlsStable work history with demonstrated career progressionWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 150,000.Annual bonus opportunity up to 15%Comprehensive benefits packagePTO and paid holidays
