Description
- Take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from preconstruction planning through final turnover
- Develop and manage project budgets, buyouts, forecasting, and cost controls to ensure financial success
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, project reporting, and other critical documentation
- Collaborate closely with field leadership to support jobsite safety, quality, logistics, and project sequencing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and design teams, leading OAC meetings and fostering long-term partnerships
- Identify project risks early and implement strategic solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, commissioning support, and turnover documentation
Profile
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on commercial construction projects
- Diverse project experience including ground-up construction, renovations, occupied facilities, or campus environments
- Strong expertise in budgeting, scheduling, procurement, cost control, and contract administration
- Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and field teams
- Experience coordinating complex scopes, including MEP/FP systems and phased construction
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused with excellent leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent industry experience
