Lead light industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost control. Oversee subcontractor procurement, contracts, and buyout processes. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships. Coordinate field teams to ensure milestones are met safely. Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reports. Mentor Project Managers, APMs, and project support staff. Drive project profitability, risk management, and operational success. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Provide executive-level reporting on project performance and metrics.
