Assist with pre-construction activities relevant to assigned construction project. Maintain and manage all job site activities. They should have experience working on ground up public projects for the following agencies: New York City Department of Design & Construction; New York City Economic Development Corp.; New York City Department of Transportation; Metropolitan Transportation Authority; Metro North Railroad; NYC Schools Construction Authority. The candidate must have experience handling 100% of projects, be local to New York, NY, and have experience building in New York City. They should hold a Construction Management or equivalent degree. The salary is up to $225k, and they must have DOB, SST 62 hr, OSHA.What's on offer includes a strong base salary ($225k), bonus potential, health care (employer paid), 401K, PTO (3 weeks), and local or commutable to New York City.
