Construction Senior Project ManagerPlan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects. Develop and manage project budgets and timelines effectively. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met. Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Lead project teams to deliver successful project outcomes.A successful Construction Senior Project Manager should have: aviation construction experience preferred, structural steel experience preferred, mid-rise and high-rise experience preferred, post tension concrete experience preferred, mixed commercial construction experience preferred, technical degree level education in construction or related field, 10+ years of experience working in the construction industry, strong verbal and written communication skills, stable work record, knowledge in Construction Management or related field required.Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 USD.
