Consistent volume of repeat business from trusted clients.Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that has a strong big box retail, grocery, light industrial warehouse project portfolio in the Southeast area.Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project objectives. Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any on-site issues that may arise during construction. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
