Scout1Solutions is searching for a Senior Superintendent to join an ENR TOP 50 GC in their Kansas City, MO office. We are looking for someone with Multifamily and/or Industrial experience. The Senior Superintendent would need to be local or willing to relocate to Kansas City and be open to travel. Responsibilities include managing subcontractor performance, developing and tracking CPM schedules, managing overall general construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel, communicating and coordinating effectively with all project team members, and traveling for projects as needed.
