JOB REQUIREMENTS: The duties of the Service Technician are to complete
all service requests from start to finish, ensuring that schedules are
followed and that builders and homeowners are satisfied. Our Service
Technicians assist in all aspects of modular home building, such as
rough framing, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting,
flooring, trimming, and detail finishing. Deliver an exceptional
customer experience through actively listening to and addressing our
customer's concerns. Perform service requests per home design and
appropriate building code requirements. Maintain high standards of
craftsmanship in the completion of each work task. Escalate issues
discovered beyond the work request scope to the Service & Quality
Manager. Document and log all work reported and performed. Contact
homeowners to confirm access to their homes. Compile a weekly list of
material taken for service purposes. Promote a safe work environment and
adherence to safety rules and procedures. Maintain a professional
appearance. * OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Adequate
knowledge of smart phone, office equipment and computer. Must have
knowledge and experience in all phases of home construction Organization
skills and record keeping is imperative. Willing to travel to job sites
to visually inspect reported items. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions,
work well under pressure, and when faced with unexpected occurrences or
delays. Ability to effectively multi-task while analyzing and solving
problems. Able to work in a team environment Strong working knowledge of
job safety as well as ability to complete safety orientation. *
