Pay Rate: $17.20 per hour

Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 4 PM

Your Required Skills

• Entry-level position; no previous construction experience required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and contribute to a team environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean, organized job site.

Your Daily Check List

• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trash, and excess materials.
• Sweep, vacuum, and maintain work areas to ensure a safe and organized job site.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving construction materials and equipment.
• Collect and dispose of waste according to company and site procedures.
• Support skilled trades workers with basic labor tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment throughout the project.
