Responsibilities

• Perform thorough clean-up of construction sites, including removal of debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
• Assist in organizing tools and materials to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Report any safety hazards or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.
• Work collaboratively with construction crews to ensure timely completion of clean-up tasks.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures while on-site.
• You will be lifting up to 50 lbs of roofing material
• HAVE TO BE ABLE TO START WORK ON 8/12

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction site clean-up or related field is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
