Job Description
Fluor is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager IV to lead and oversee field execution activities for Nuclear Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. This position is responsible for the overall management of construction operations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality requirements, regulatory standards, schedule commitments, and budget objectives.
The Construction Site Manager IV provides leadership to construction supervision, subcontractors, and project teams while coordinating closely with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Project Controls, and client stakeholders. The role is instrumental in driving site performance, workforce productivity, safety excellence, and successful project delivery throughout all phases of construction, turnover, and startup readiness.
This position supports Fluor's Nuclear Business Line headquartered in Houston, Texas, with opportunities to support multiple Nuclear EPC project locations throughout the United States. Travel, temporary assignment, or relocation to project sites may be required based on business and project needs.

Primary alignment is with Fluor's Houston Office Nuclear Business Line, supporting Nuclear EPC projects and pursuits across multiple U.S. locations. Work assignments may be site-based, office-based, or a combination of both depending on project execution and business requirements.
