Sunup to wrap-up, you’re the heartbeat of the site. You’ll kick off with a quick safety huddle, then move into hands-on tasks that keep projects moving: unloading equipment, setting up scaffolding, digging and backfilling trenches, and making sure work areas and tools are clean and ready for the next task. You’ll support craft professionals by supplying materials, holding tools and components in place, and pitching in wherever needed — all while working outdoors in every season, including extreme heat.
Your Core Responsibilities
Perform general construction labor on active jobsites
Work physically in all weather conditions, with a focus on extreme heat readiness
Supply, stage, and hold materials; operate basic tools; maintain clean work areas and equipment
Excavate trenches, compact soil, and backfill safely and efficiently
Assemble and dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
