We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Safety Professional to join our construction team in the Greater Cincinnati Area. As a Site Safety Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel on our construction sites. This position offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Conduct safety orientations and training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety activities and incidents.
Requirements:- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in site safety management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:- Certification as a Fall Protection Competent Person.
